Former http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Arsenal-c38429 and Barcelona player, and current BATE Borisov midfielder, Aleksandr Hleb has gone on to claim that Arsene Wenger proved to be a better manager to him than Pep Guardiola.
The http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Belarus-c2849 international went on to represent both the passing teams in the past, and having spent quite some time under both the managers, Hleb feels that on the whole, Wenger is a better manager than Guardiola.
"I learned more from Wenger than Guardiola, but Pep is a good coach," the 31-year-old said.
"Guardiola is not the best coach in the world because he coached the best team in the world, with the best players, and that's why he won.”
He then went on t o confirm that the best managers in the world were three who had either served in the Premier League, or were still working in the most competitive league in the world.

He also went on to reflect on the mistakes he made as a player, which potentially went on to shorten his career with the better teams in Europe.
"For me, that was not enough. I was angry and wanted more, which was why we had some conflicts with Guardiola, but now I understand it was the nonsense and tantrums of a little boy."
Many believe that Hleb made one of the worst decisions of his life when he went on to leave Arsenal and join Barcelona.
At the Emirates, he was a first team player, who became a fan favourite. However, with him moving to http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Barcelona-c38604 he was thrown on the bench and he barely managed to make any appearances for the Spanish side.
This resulted in him being loaned out on a number of occasions, till he was ultimately released from the club.
Nonetheless, like Hleb said, Wenger has a proven track record with converting average players into superstars and perhaps for that reason alone, many consider him to be one of the better managers out there.
Nonetheless, the Gunners boss needs to help his side start winning titles again, or those claims could soon disappear.
