Hockey Sim League?

Im in a sim league and im new to these types of things.

I have mats sundin and wanted to trade him for a draft pick , what draft pick should i get for him ?

1st round pick cuz lower the better. Also a first round pick is on June 20 while 2nd rounds pick to 7th round pick are on the the 21st.
