I am 15 years old and i am looking for hockey training that i can do in my driveway. I have a shooting board, net, and tape to tape passer thing, so i was wondering what i could do with those ( besides the obvious) and other ways to train my core besides the usual push-ups and sit-ups. Also, i run and bike everyday, and i am looking for fun, yet productive ways to train this sumer other than the clinics i am doing. Thanks to anyone who helps.

  1. Make sure you have trained your legs for strength and conditioning, make sure you have the stamina to last throughout the game and you will guaranteed get more ooportunities at the net. Make sure your not just playing road hockey by yourself get playing with other people it will not only help your passing but it will make you a smarter player by adapting to people you are playing with.

  2. I'm 15 too. I play for my high school varsity team. I lift weights every day, shoot pucks, run, and drink Cytogainer. The best thing to do is gain muscle, gain weight, and improve your shot. Usually weight training is the best way. Also, you can use your tape to tape passer thingy and give yourself one-timers. That's always fun.

  3. wall sits and squats to develop explosive speed... work on your stick handling and shoot a couple hundred pucks a day... try to pick a spot and get accurate... work on forehand shots like your wrister, snap shot, and slapper and also dont neglect your backhand as it can be a very nice tool in your arsenal

  4. JUST KEEP DOING WHAT YOUR DOING BUT DRINK WATER AND GREEN TEA AND DONT EAT JUNK FOOD
