    In general coastal erosion prevention is a massive exercise that the governments need to undertake. Britain need not learn nor ask for suggestions from anyone; rather they are able to render such help, if needed anywhere in the world.

    A wall of tetrapods perpendicular to the direction of waves at regular intervals along the coast from Flamborough head down Bridlington bay, or even upto Spurn head at Humber esuary must have been done, I presume. Good luck.
