What are some reasons celebrities and hollywood should not be payed as much and how it effects young peoples views of working hard?

celebs are paid high b/c for every millionaire celeb there are 200,000 failed art majors who work as secretaries or flip burgers. So artistic career is like a lottery - very small chance of very high payout.

Young people need to realize how slim the chances are.

To me, they should be paid as much as the market will bear.

And, if we don't agree with this concept, we can choose to not contribute to their projects.

Young people need to learn quickly that life isn't fair, that a serious of random events usually determine our fate, and working hard may result in only calloused hands and minds.

But, we can also learn that we can become unimaginably rich and famous just because we happened to be eating in the right restaurant at the right time.
