Does Hollywood Video rent Blue Ray dvds just curious

Read the forum below. Seems some do and some don't. My local store does not :(

The majority of Hollywood Video stores do carry blue ray DVDs for rental. They do not however, sell them. The selection may not be as large in smaller stores but if you are located near a large, high volume store you should have some excellent choices available to you.

You should be aware that although the location nearest you may carry Blue Ray DVDs, they will probably only have one or two copies of each title, so be prepared with a list of other movies you would like to see if the one you wanted is rented out to another customer.

Also, if your Hollywood Video does not currently have Blue Ray titles available, check back over the next couple of weeks as the company is going through some massive changes and one of the priorities is to get them into every store. You should see them popping up soon. If nothing else, ask the store manager if they know when the Blue Ray disks will be available at that location, they should be able to give you a time frame if not an exact date.

My local H.V. does rent Bluray. Yesterday they began closing out their HD-DVDs at $10 each, which will give them more room and more money for Bluray.

One day soon, everyone will be renting Bluray.
