Home Builders In North Ga?

Question

Can anyone tell me what home builders I should be looking at that offers good quality for our price range? Which is no more than $225. We are currently looking at Hopewell Manor built by Legacy which we think is pretty good, especially for our first house at 21 and 24 years old. I been reading their houses arent the best quality, so I was wondering for the price range we're in, what bang can we get for our buck?

Hate to be a baloon buster but it really is the luck of the draw. Homes that are real values are already under foreclosure, the next in line are short sales, after that it is purely luck.In some ares, such as D.C. won't even buy the garage.pp
