hi, im wondering if there is a home designing/room designing software that is available free, thats is simple too use with lots of options.

i ask because my mum wants to decorate the living room but is unsure on how to decorate it

for 3d home plans with interiors, Envisioneer Express is free; works with Vista but it is a big download.
