In the morning, before doing anything else, drink 2 glasses of water - at room temperature -. I keep a bottle of 600 ml on my bedsite table.

Then remain 24 hours without eating any solid food. Drink only water, lots of water (very, very often but not in huge quatities). Youmay want to add a pinch of salt to avoid being dehydrated + salt is an excellent desinfectant.

That's what doctors recommend for people who are going to undergo colonoscopy. It really works at cleansing the digestive system.

sure, go buy a soap suds e***a kit, it will be a bag with a tube on one end, the other end will be open, you fill it with warm water and castille soap.  well, as far as what ya do with it after that, it really isn't an appropriate subject for open discussion, but I'm sure there will be directions with it, and if not you can figure it out
