Homeschooling tips?

my mom is going to homeschool my brothers and sister this schoolyear...do you have any tips for her??

Umm, Ihave never been homschooled, but I know how to do it since my cousin was, tell her to make them study about 1-2 hours a day, and make the lessons go slow instead of racing trough them.  That is about it for now, if you need anymore help e-Mail me at [e-mail]

Don't try to do too much, that can lead to burn out.

Don't be afraid to think outside of the box, especially if something isn't working.

Keep in mind that children are learning all of the time, not just during the period set aside for sit down work.

Make sure that each child has some time to explore their own interests.
