may he rest in peace may the lord give his family some comfort.

the troll of sympathy to other human beings is most likely going to give me another violation notice. I counted my violation notices and 21% are ones where I say rest in peace.

As Faith says, at least they are together again. It's a tragic case but it's better that it's ended this way for Ben than to have possibly survived severely disabled and without his wife. At least he didn't know she was dead.

A tragic story.... Thankfully they were asleep at the time....i just hope there is a swift arrest and conviction of of the sick individual..

Extremely sad - although, if it was me and I had been shot and my husband killed on honeymoon, I don't think I would want to wake up from my coma to that horrific reality. I feel for their poor families.

EDIT: Cero, I'm a parent, and I couldn't agree with you less. I think if their parents saw this page and the outpouring of condolenses from people, they would understand how this tragic story has touched people.

Hi, that is so upsetting, at least they are together now and can carry on there honeymoon and lives together in heaven. I cannot imagine what there families are going though, but at least they are together now as they should off been.

In that situation I think I would prefer to also pass away without ever knowing that my partner had passed before me. The very sad part is the whole tragic story ever came to pass. My heart goes out to the family and friends left behind.

it's awful isn't it.

That people in this world could actually be capable of this sick murder.

Hope they get caught and punnished but, the english goverment not focusing on the real priorities the murderer will prob get a dvd player and tv in his cell and be let out 7 years early due to 'breach of human rights' or something c**p like that.

It is very sad. In a way though i'm pleased that he's with his wife again. It would have been hard for him coming to terms with the shooting, losing his wife, and, i suspect, he would have felt terrible at being the survivor. I hope they RIP together, and that they catch the monster that committed such a heinous crime. My heart also goes out to the victims families. They've suffered a huge loss. What pain is greater than a parent burying their child?...

A very sad end to this horrible saga but perhaps death is the kindest thing that could have happened. He was only a young man and to have to spend the rest of his life as a vegetable is unthinkable

That they are together is no consolation to their parents who hoped for and expected grandchildren or for brothers and sisters who will all have to learn to live with this terrible thing. People do not get over or forget it is with them always for ever and I should think learning to live with this will be very hard indeed
