Your pain is the breaking of the shell that encloses your understanding. It is the bitter potion which the physician within you heals your sick self. Therefore trust the physician and drink his remedy in silence and tranquility.

This may sound sad or bad at first but read it over a few times and then think about it. I was looking for sad quotes but in a way it cheered me up
