Me thinks you are looking for a place where there are no moral restrictions.  

The problem is, every society has their rules, even the animal kingdom.  

What you need (and every big city has one) is a good  bordello and you also need a fistful of money.

well, when i was on a school trip to europe last summer, me and a couple of my friends were walking around in this small, cute, farm-ish mountain lined picturesque swiss town called interlaken. Seems like it'd be full of picturesque people, right? wrong. One of the very few english words a couple guys knew to say to us was "Gangbang?" yeeup. needless to say one of my friends goes "Fu(kin' run!" haha.

so basically anywhere in europe you can probably get some tail.
