Horse freeze mark identification?

I am trying to find out the true identity of a horse I purchased 2 years ago. He was presented as a german warmblood, but after we bought him we were told he was a russian warmblood. He greatly resembles the hanoverian. He was apparently a grand prix jumper who had been seen on TV. He is 21 years old.

If you know the brand, there is a registery then that that horse is in the system for and can be traced.

try contacting both breed registries to see if there is a record of his freeze-brand.
