Horse shoe knife?

I am looking for a knife for my husbands birthday that is made out of horseshoes and still has a bit of the curve of the shoe. Anyone know where i can get something like that?

That t sounds like a novelty item that you might find some blacksmith doing as a side business. A little craft job on the side if you will.  I doubt you'll ever be able to find one of those by looking for it. The only way you'd find something like that is if you weren't looking for it and just saw it at a craft store.

What you could do is find a blacksmith in your area and describe it to him and he might be able to make you one. That's your best bet. He could also make it a very functional knife if he wanted to... wouldn't be that hard to do, a little time consuming though.
