Hot Water Problem in Shower!!!?

Our house is only a year old, and we dont have any plumbing problems. But today I noticed that the shower in our spare washroom was not working properly. when you turn on the cold water its working GREAT, but as you turn the k**b to the hot the water pressure starts decreasing. When the k**b is turned to 'full hot' there is barely water coming from the faucet. So it looks like only the water from the cold pipe is working. I tested the washroom sink, and the hot water seems to be flowing fine. What could be causing this? What should i do. (solution in details please)

Thank you in advance...

  1. You have a mineral or calcium  blockage on the hot water side...You will have to take the faucet off and literaly tear into the back hose connection and clean the deposits out..it is a water flow restriction there..
