Hotels Near Surfers?

Im going to surfers and i want to stay in a hotel thats near the beach and the main strip of shops can anyone auggest any?

I'm currently looking at Watermark Hotel and Circle on Cavil, with preference to the latter. Circle on cavil are huge modern apartments right in town but reasonable priced.

The Beachcomber, its literally about 50 metres from the beach, and prob 30 meters to cavill mall which is the main street for entertainment, restaurants, shops atc. i stayed there for schoolies a couple of years back and the position is so awesome, can't be beat, trust me. Its decently priced aswell.

Nearly all the accommodation at Surfers is near the beach and shops.

The crown towers is great its one block from the beach and a five minute walk from the main strip ive stayed there twice now and can't get enough of it.

Swell Resort Hotel at Burleigh Heads is great.

Right opposite the beach, great bar on ground floor and Burleigh Heads (while being close to the Gold Coast) is so much nicer!
