Hotels in Cayman?

Part 1

Anyone can recommend the best hotel to stay at in Grand Cayman? I am going there with a friend of mine in March for three days or so. We are looking for somewhere nice and romantic, on the beachfront preferrably all inclusive so we dont have to worry about food. Also, as inexpensive as possible. I cant seem to find a nice affordable place online at all. We chose Grand Cayman because my friend is coming from Jamaica and that seems to be the cheapest flight she can get to another caribbean island.

Part 2

If anyone has a recommendation for any other island and is knowledgable of cheap airline fares and great hotels, let me know. Our first choice was the Dominican Republic but of course, no airline goes there from JA...
