Hotmail hangs when downloading email attachment?

Question

I have (IE) Internet explorer 7, XP pro. I get emails from magicjack to MSN Hotmail when I get a voice mail with a WAV attachement. When I open email it hangs up. I have to shut down IE with cont'l+alt+del + end task. I see Trend-micro attachment scan icon on the hotmail attachemnt, which I think is standard from Microsoft MSN. Any ideas? (I made the sender one of my contacts so it should be trusted.)

Hey It may be due to your Internet Connection

System Configuration may be low

File may be too big

Use Yahoo!,gmail

use yahoo man...

or go for gmail...

hotmail is bothering me too
