Hotpoint HDA3230Z02WW Dishwasher leak

Question

I have a leak under my dishwasher every time I run a load but can not tell where it is coming from. When I looked under the dishwasher it appeared to be leaking under a white cylinder shaped part. This is where the water was gathering at. Not sure what this is. Maybe someone can shed some light on this. Thanks for your help!
