I have pretty small hips, i couldn't really tell you what shape i am, I would most likely say i'm a rectangle shape, i am a b cup and have really small hips, i stay in shape most definately, but i think that i've been doing an exercise that builds my obliques instead of trimming them and making me look at least a little shapely, I have rock hard abs because i work out a lot, i was just wondering if there was any kind of exercise that would even make the tiniest change in my waist so i don't look so straight up and down, I would really appreciate it, i'm having a hard time figuring out what exercises would build my waist or actually accentuate my body.
