  1. No, savings over £16,000 I think disqualify you from receiving any Housing Benefit.  Check the websites.  Btw, you do have to tell them about your savings because you have to provide bank statements when you claim.

  2. probably not if you have savings totalling more than 16k then they probably wont help you at all

  3. NO because you have enough savings to pay the rent yourself.

dont be so greedy, when there are hardworking individuals who cant afford a place even though they work and pay loads of taxes.

  4. you don't get any benefits if you have savings of over £3k. Child Support Agency passes over money, deducted from fathers income to support child. Not classed as a benefit.

  5. No becaus eyou have enough savings to pay the rent for yourself

  6. no, u have savings they wont do it, but u could tell a little porkie, dont tell them u have bank account or savings, csa wont or shouldnt effect it either, u should claim a benefit tho if u dont work, income support, job seekers allowence, that would help u alot better, just dont tell them about ur savings,

    good luck,

  7. very unlikely with that amount of savings.

  8. unlikely. hb takes into account how much you have in savings. the upper limit is around £8,000. you have to use savings first.
