I think in any sport the team should be able to pick their coaches that they are comfortable to be with. If they are comfortable with him then yes and if their not then no.

We need to reinstate the training days which we got rid of. This can only be done by shortening the season.

I suggest dropping the play offs, and reduce the number of cup matches to what it used to be in 1997 when whe started building for the 2003 worldcup.

Don't think we lack a coach, we have some of the top coaches in the world at the moment, most of them were part of the world cup winning staff until we swung the axe after 6 nations. England need a manager, a motivator, someone who can organise things, someone like er......Sir Clive Woodward!

Nah! English rugby goes in cycles, and a slump has already started. Someone needs to be groomed for this, bit like Steve McClaren was for the football team.
