How big was your bridal shower?

My sister had to twist my arm to have a shower in the first place. I agreed to a small shower in the end. About 15 people total... how about you? How big/small was your shower? Was it comfortable with that amount of people there?

I didn't have a bridal shower. I think they're silly. Thankfully, no one forced one on me.

Really? She had to twist your arm? I always thought it to be a rite of passage. I loved my shower. I had about 15 guest too, mostly important people to me, but I still wanted one. I was so excited when I got their. Its a girly thing to do and it can be whatever you want it to be. You guys could all go and get a back massage if you want or something like that. I was really comfortable with mine. I ordered tshirts and bags for me, my mom and my mother-in-law. Mine said Soon to Be, My moms stated mother of the bride and my mother-in-laws said mother of the groom, and the dates. We had a wonderful time. We played games, it was just really calming and nice way to relax from all of the million things you have going on with the wedding. Its called a shower, to shower you with family and loving friends. I know that sounds corny, but trust me it will be a great way to spend a day that someones has planned instead of you. Good LUCK

my first shower (for my moms side) there were only about 10 people there... I was uncomfortable because not many showed up..for me it wasn't about the gifts, I just wanted to share the time with my family. But the shower was in February and it snowed making it very slippery outside. I drove 2 hours to get home for this, they wouldn't cancel it because of snow, and some people who lived 20 min away wouldn't attend

My shower for my fiance's families side I want to say there were about 20 people, however alot of the people I didn't really know as my mother in law invited her friends from work. They came to the wedding too..

My work shower was awesome, there were maybe 15 of us there...they served alcohol, i was pretty comfortable ;)

There were about 16-18 people at the shower I just threw my friend. And it was fine. It was fun and relaxing and everything went smoothly. Enjoy yourself!
