i feel that way sometime too... try cutting and dyeing your hair.  people with blue eyes look so good with chocolate brown hair.  as for a hair cut  try something shoulder length with thick bangs and a whole lot of layers that get shorter towards your face.  it will frame your face really well. i couldnt find a good pic but i was kinda thinking reese witherspoon cept shorter and edgier

Other than that, you really don't need to change anything! You have that natural look and it works for you. A few of my friends with blonde hair tried it out brown and I really didn't like it, it just ended fading to a plain, blah color. You're very pretty :)

Try changing the cut and stle of your hair lolz and if your mom won't let you dye your hair brown why don't you ask to have it highlighted streaked whatever it's called brwon as that would look awesome and with new hair styles it is best to atually want it before you get it cut I got mine cut and they cut it way to short and I got really angry because of the fact I wanted it to go long so know what you want before you do it because you mite regret it later.
