All my life I've been picked on, neglected, ostracized, thrown to the curb, and left for dead. I think it's time for a change.

  2. Sign up for a gym and start lifting.  And start eating your *** off with healthy foods so you put on some muscle, your really skinny dude. good luck!

  3. train like a power lifter but follow the diet of a bodybuilder.  this means focusing on compound exercises like the squat, dead lift, bench press, military press, etc.  compound exercises utilize muscles across 2 joints and allow for much heavier loads to be used than with isolation exercises.  the key to making continuous gains in the gym is by mastering compound exercises, then supplement those with isolation exercises.  consume close to 30% protein, 50% carbs and 20% fats in the diet.  increase the current caloric intake until weight gain occurs.  there must be a caloric excess in the diet for maximum muscle growth.  in terms of bodybuilding the diet is 80% of the equation, going to the gym and training hard and heavy is the easy part.
