Question:

How can I change this habit?

... when i go around or any way out side my home I feel very very tense ... I shudder when I speak to someone because am afraid of making mistake so others making fun of me ...also When I walk, I move a Strange way because i think every body is starring at me and people around me wonder what with him ... I wonder what the solution?

You seem to have just a small case of social anxiety, which is quite common.  I've known many people who describe the exact same symptons as you do.  Some people would suggest going to a psychologist, but this is over kill for such a small case.  The best you can do is practice some breathing exercises.  When you feel tense, start counting backwards from 100 slowly while taking in air through your nose then out through your mouth.  Distance yourself a little from the situation and remember that many people feel the same as you do.  You only think you look weird because you're conscious of your body.  If you relax and breathe, you'll be perfectly fine!
