How can I find photobucket users?

Question

Im trying to find someone on photobucket i have the name of their photo (the way it was saved to the pc not the pb name).

I also know when it was taken. How can i find their profile?

I honestly doubt you can.   Photobucket has a forum.   Why don't you post your question there in  the  forum???  I am sure you'll get  feedbacks.
