How can I help my mom?

My mother works a lot, she a doctor and she is tired all the time. I am a freshman in High school and I have 36 hours to spend at school per week and I finish my Homework at 1 o'clock at night.

I really want to help my mom.

Right now it sounds like neither of you have any time. On the weekends you can help her by doing the little things she probably does not have time for. Like, cooking dinner, or cleaning her room. Buy her flowers if she likes them or candy. Just by asking this question you have shown that you are a wonderful daughter and a great person.

Well with a job like hers and you going to school all day it is kinda hard. She is a doctor she has a very important job, So in the future just try to reassure her that you love her and are proud of her. Try to make her feel good and every chance you get spend with her so she doesnt feel like her job is her life. I know it can be hard I have a similar job where I work constanty. Ever once in a while out of the blue ask her to a movie or dinner you know something small to keep her mind of the the stresses of work..I hope i could be of some help.
