  1. well.. make a habbit.. looks v. easy but the most difficult one.

you tell ur self that from now on.. you will always speak true.. you will never lie....

    and remain stick on it..

it so difficult but this is the only way...

  2. I'm sure you have specific things in mind which you would like to change. It is a difficult and ongoing process to change one's habitual responses, but it is possible. Think about the areas where you want to change. Now think about the things which trigger the unwanted responses. Then try to see yourself as others see you. Think about it enough so that you have a little blueprint in your mind. Now for the hard part: When you feel the negative response begin to well up, take a deep breath, stop a moment, remind yourself that you want to handle this in a different way. You really have to be conscious and it is hard because you have to do things that may feel false to you because they are not your first impulse. You will not always succeed either and it is important to not give up because of that. If you slip once, it does not mean that you have failed, only that you missed that chance. When the next opportunity arises, take it and go on from there. Also, be aware that people are not going to suddenly see you as a new man. This has to be internal and you have to do it because it's worth it to you. Other people will still have their initial impression of you. One way you'll know if your changes have been effective is to start a new job or otherwise surround yourself with strangers in a collegial setting. If you find they respond to you differently than similar groups have in the past you will know that you are making progress. I'm not sure if the process is ever complete; it hasn't been for me, but I'm still working on changes I started 6 years ago. It has helped though, and I do feel it's worth doing, even though I backslide regularly. Good luck!

  3. by doing nothing.

  4. be urself

  5. It can be easy for you if you really want to improve. How you are I don't know. So, I can suggest a little. Just be yourself. Don't pretend to be extraordinary. I f you are extraordinary then it doesn't need to show. Be simple, be nice. Talk with your closer ones about your own character. Ask them if it is alright or not. Good luck..

  6. write a list of things you would like to do.

write a list of things you would like to be able to do.

write a list of things that you want to do

Then go and do your list for someone else. that really builds character.

  7. Of course!  Everyday you use your power over yourself to be more generous, to put others first, to do the unselfish thing and when we all do that it becomes a   better world fast and permanently.

  8. "Character?"

I think you want to consider integrity.  That means that you want to find ways to be true to yourself as well as to others.

Explore your most cherished beliefs.  Are there ethical contradictions in them?  Do you hold concepts that don't go together?  When you find personal internal contradictions (and you will; everyone has them) then you can do the work of trying to reconcile them.  As you do this, you build more internal integrity--making it easier for you to maintain integrity in your dealings with others.

  9. choose your friends wisely if you can
