Things I liked birthday club (make a list, someone buys a couple of cakes, NO ONE SINGS HAPPY BIRTHDAY, and you eat the cake), barbeques (a regular weekly lunch time barbeque or bring your own stuff and cook it a package of hamburgers from walmart and a thing of buns is pretty cheap if you divy up the costs)

2. Create a few words or short phrases that the team members can shout out to call or issue a tactical maneuver
