How can I make graphics?

Like how do I create like signatures, logos, and little character graphic things!! What do I have to install? I want to be able like to create my own style backround, or logos, or siggies, and some other stuff! How? Please help.

You can go with great programs like Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator to create you graphics. They also come at a price. There are a number of free options out there.

I would recommend you try out GIMP for windows:
