How can i be nicer??

I'm kind of sarcastic and if i see an opening to make a funny remark i make it, but sometimes i come across as mean. Also, i tease my friends and subconciously flirt with guys, how can i stop the accidental flirting?

Try to think of at least one very nice thing about the other person. Compliment them, instead of making mean or snide remarks.

Being nice to others comes natural to some people, others have to work on it a bit more.  Flirting is communication, and not always a bad thing if you are sincere and not just trying to get attention.
