How can i gain weight fast?

Hey people.. I'm 15 I'm 5'7 n i weigh about 110 pounds.. i know I'm a bit underweight. how can i gain the weight.. i workout almost everyday.. and i do eat pretty good.. any advice?

  1. eat lots of krispy cream!! or any foods high in fat... and if you want to try it the healthy way make a protien shake :) Go to a GNC or any place that has helth food and they should have the mixers


  2. eat alot of eggs and meat.. and drink protien shakes You will gain weight and be healthy doing it..

    Dont go to fast food places and stuff youll gain weight and feel sick and lose stamina...

    If u ask me thats not worth it

  3. Start eating Burritos and Cookies that will probably hit the spot.

    Hot Pockets also work.

  4. The healthiest way is be eating foods with carbo and calories not fast food. eat foods like pasta, Chicken and lasagna  

  5. the secret is to not workout everyday and to eat not so well. you can just sit back and watch the weight pile up.

  6. fast food (bad weight gaining) or protein shakes (good weight gaining)

  7. Take protein whenever you work out. And make sure you do lifting, not flat out cardio
