  1. Do you drink coffee? You can't do that after 4 pm.

  2. Ok first of all stay away far away from any medication out of the counter medication , trust me on this it took me forever to quit those things after taking them for almost 4 years.Your problem might be cause you are not very tired ,try to work out a little before your bed time and take a soft warm bath and a warm cup of relaxing tea. good luck

  3. stay up all night, you will be sooo tired for a day, but then you can rotate your sleep schedule.

  4. okay here is the never- fail steps to falling asleep..

1.) take a hot shower... this will relax your muscles and lower your stress.

2.) drink a little water so your hydrated throuhg the night.

3.) before getting in bed turn on some type of classical music and turn everything else OFF

4.) get in bed and either read or take deep breathes for five minutes. slow in-- hold--- slow out.

by the time five minutes is up and you really try, you'll be out

  5. 1ST YOU NEED TO TRY TO GO TO SLEEP BY 10 EVERY NIGHT YOU GO TO SCHOOL. TRY TO TAKE A LONG HOT BATH BEFORE BED TIME AND RUB SOME LAVERDER LOTION ON YOU ALSO. IF THAT DOESN'T WORK TRY SIMPLY SLEEP TYLNOL.

  6. Sleep medication. you can get them at just about any store. Try tylenol pm.

  7. If you have directv and hate country music, go to 379 and turn down the volume, you may think i'm kidding, but it totally works.

    good Luck

  8. Holy c**p dude, we have the same problem. I am fifteen and it's been going on for three years. If it is truly a problem tell your parents and try to find a counselor, that's what I am doing. It may be caused by anxiety if you have a lot of stress. That's what my problem is. And you can get Melatonin over the counter to help fall asleep. That's what he gave me. It's like Serotonin, but it is the sleep chemical. So it really isn't a drug. It's a chemical that is already in your brain, just not enough of it is there to help you sleep.
