How can i jump higher fast?

im 6'1 but i cant jump that high

  1. just Build your leg muscles so there strong enough to jump high and jump repeatedly off the ground fast and quick

  3. Repeatedly jump off something high on to the ground. Like something 2 or 3 feet high. It will shock your muscles and make them very strong very quick from the force of them resisting the ground when you land on your feet. Also, play leapfrog. You don't need to jump over someone just do a lot of low squating and jumping.

  4. Build you leg muscle. haven't you ever seen someone with a huge calf muscle? Most of the time it means they can jump really high. SO... Just work out your legs and you'll be flying in no time. And don't waste your money on those ads about Jumpsoles or whatever do it naturally.

  5. i swear some people that play basketball are obsessed with jumping in th air and see how high they hit the backboard but when they do they usually dont realize they are jumping higher and higher.  just run and jump as high as you can to the net or backboard, someone that is 6'1 should be able to dunk soon
