ok, i don't know what makes you think that you are not beautiful!

in the first 2 pictures particularly u look hot! lol

anybody can look hot though if they just take pride in their apearance.

i never leave the house withought basic make-up on as i always want to look my best and i get a good nights sleep to keep good skin.

just look happy and be confident coz this makes u look hot to others anyway!

not that u need to worry about any of this anyway...

you kinda have a dark circle under your eye, use a concealer, aside from that you are beautiful

Before I get started on the suggestions, here some good points about you-

you seem to have really good, clear skin and a nice slim figure.

I think with a little make-up and a different hairstyle you could really enhance your looks.

make-up - use a little foundation, or since you seem fairly young you may want to use a tinted moisturiser. Add a little (just a little!) Rosy pink blusher, some black or brown mascara and that will be enough.

hair - try a side parting and get some side sweeping bangs that go across your entire forehead. Your hair is quite short, get it more choppy and then you can play about with it, having it perfectly straight or messy and texturised for a change.
