Question:

How can i put on weight?

hey um I'm 6ft 2 have broad shoulders bt im as skinny as a twig my weight is just under 70kg round 69 kg.. i play basketball a lot (monday tues nothing wednesday training thursday nothing friday game sat another game sunday training) + i do weights e.g bench press bicep curls ect on the other days that I'm not doing basketball.. I'm also thinking about taking up football (Australian rules footy) i eat all my meals every day lots of milk and eggs and yeh i cant seem to put any weight on... i dont eat alot of red meat only probably 2wice would that be why i cant put much weight on?.. just usally eat chicken.. so yeh if anyone has an answer to this that would be gd thanks.

    Haha... you're lucky- better putting on then off.

    Well go Aussies (I'm assuming since you're thinking of playing AFL)

    I would suggest building more muscle than eating more and putting on fat... then you might have the opposite problem...

  2. drink an ensure with every meal.  eat alot of protein.  

  3. eat a lot of red meats and chocolate
