what can i do to stop me from eating even when im hungry.

i feel as if i am gaining weight.

what can i do.

ps. if you have nothing nice to say then skip the question. =D

im not trying to be rude but if thats the kind of person you are

nobody really wants to hear your two cents anyways.

  1. well, it really isn't good for you to not eat if you're hungry. If you do this, then your body will get totally messed up. Join some local sports, go to the gym, etc. Just make sure you don't eat for boredom. That wouldn't be the best. And, be true to you, be glad you are a healthy human being. (i hope =B) And, love your body no matter what size or shape. hope this helps!

  2. Eat More Healither Meals when your Hungry, not like  a Cup - O - Noodles or something microvaveable and quick

  3. drink 8-12 cups of water sometimes your stomach fools you when your thirsty making you think your hungry

    eat lots of fruit and vegetables they are high in fiber, which staves off hunger

    exercise ( walk for an hour, run,Pilate's yoga, cardio,swimming do something you like)

  4. Crash Diets are a bad idea.

    I would just stop eating the junk food.

    If your hungry, grab a yogurt or something healthy.

    Exercise, Or try reading the nutrition labels and start eat things with less carbs, fat and salt.

    I don't know, but don't stop eating especially if you are hungry!
