Someone wants me to go with him to the river but I don't want to go. HOw can i say it nicely?

  1. tell this person that ur scared of rivers because u hate mosquitos lol.


  2. In cases like these, I don't think honesty is always the best policy. There's being honest and there's being brutally frank.

    Why not say something vague like, "Thanks, but I have a lot to do to get ready for [whatever you have to do on Monday]."

  3. 'i don't want to go with you' and then tell him the reason why. Honesty is best policy. You have your own reasons, if he respects you he'll understand.

  4. "thanks for asking, but I'm going to pass.. have a good time"

  5. Tell him that you are n't going. You don't have to chicken out..
