How can i withdraw an invitation?

If you have sent the invitation, you cannot withdraw it. According to my opinion, you have 2 choices:

1. Send an e-mail to the person that you have sent the invitation, telling that you accidentally sent it or that you have changed your mind,

2. Ban the person immediately after s/he becomes a member of your group.

Once you send an invitation, you can't "recall" it back like an Outlook.

Your only option is to delete their membership or ban them once they accept.  Seems an uncomfortable way to do it!  If you catch it ASAP, it may be less painful!

To see who joined via an invite:

Go to Management/Group Activity/Memberships/

Activity = Invited to join by ... (your profile name)

if you've sent an invite to someone via your group- you cannot withdraw it, sorry. if you don't want them to join for some reason, add their ID/ address to the ban list

Tell the person you've changed the date and/or time. Or you've changed your mind. Truth is always the best answer.Tell the person why you changed your mind and they may withdraw themselves or fix whatever the reason is.
