what foundation color is my skin and what kinds of colors would gogood with my eyes

You look like you have olive or beige skintones, Lucky you can wear any color you want!! Dark eyes and medium skintones can carry a wide range of colors on their skin, you can do taupes, bronzes and golds for a natural look, purples for a smokey look, bright bold colors for a look at me eye, gold shot greens and khakis would look good too!! For example today Im wearing a shimmery light gold on my inner corner, with a shimmery hot pink on the middle and outside of my lid and a dark magenta in my v and outer corner, topped with black liner on the top brown on the bottom smudged out and some lovely black mascara. Looks awesome on medium skin! There is a 120 color eyepalette thats onsale on ebay and it has awesome shadows from bright to subtle. You should check it out if you want to experiement with color dont want to spend the money on mac just yet lol because these shadows have great pigmentation. The seller is chicgallery on ebay.

every different cosmetics company has different shades and colours of foundation so it is impossible to say what colour foundation is your skin. however, i have the same colour eyes as you and i find that bright green and blue with big black eyelashes make your eyes look bigger and pretty. also you could just have mascara and maybe have smoky eyes.
