My mother is always talking about how fat she is and how she needs to lose weight shes always complainng about something. When we go to the store she gets mad because she cant find something that fits and she will be mad for the rest of the day shes not motivated. I know that one time she lost alot of weight but when she had her surgery she gained it all back.So what im asking is what can my mother do to lose weight fast. She wants to lose about 45 pounds or something she weighs 192. Like what excercises will help her to get rid or her stomach love rolls and butt.Please im takin dis for real is it anything that she can eat that will help her lose weight . I told her about some tea but she said she wont to do it the right way.What excercises will help her?What can she eat?What will be the fastest for her to stay motivated?
