  1. Some stress is good for us.  It can help us perform at our highest level.

    Too much stress can be crippling.  

    I believe each person is different.  Everyone has his/her own stress tolerance level.  Knowing what ones own tolerance level for stress is can help the person manage the stress before it gets out of hand.
