How can you cure shaky hands?

When ever im unscrewing some thing holding a camera or soldering or dealing with small hardware my hands shake and if i try to hold my hand in front of me its shaking its not alot its just like a steady shake

Any techniques that can stop this or something

It may be related to diet...especially if you get a lot of caffeine from sodas, coffee or "energy" drinks that kids your age tend to guzzle for no apparent reason other than you are suckers for marketing gimmicks

It's possible you could be hyperthyroid, but you likely would have other symptoms..you might want to get a blood test from your doctor.

You could just have a "familial tremor".  Drugs called beta blockers may help if it really bugs you, and you rule out other causes.

Do you smoke? It can be an effect of smoking.

Maybe you drink a lot of soft drinks containing coffein or guarana. Check the label ....
