  2. I'm a dancer so i have good posture. you need to walk tall and VERY VERY confidently. Chin up (not too high) long neck (not tense). Back straight and shoulders back and down. Don't let your bottom stick out, so really, there is a lot to posture, i hope i helped!

  3. try sitting up straight, and if it bugs you you, lean forward while still sitting up striahgt to get used to it, sometimes, practicing, and sitting against a wall, or leaning on something really helps, walking around the house all poised can work, it may be silly, but it really works, put on some music, you'll feel really great!
