How come Mr.Mime can speak?

Question

You know Mr.Mime from pokemon?, well how come he is able to speak? (this is a serious question it not a joke or riddle) because mr. mime is one of my fav. pokemon and i wasnt really curious about this until now.

So I dont get it, Mr.Mime is a mime so how come he communicates with his mouth more than he communicates with his hands?

It is the same thing with Mime JR, he can also speak.

Im saying that Mr.Mime and Mime JR are both mime pokemon but they dont act or behave like mimes and sounds come out of both of thier mouths.

What is the reason behind this?

well he is not the kind of mime ur thing about mr mime can mimic other pokemons move he doesnt do and tricks like walking the dog or walking down stairs

all the pokemon say their names so that kids learn them quicker. Its a marketing technique with very little backing

can u think of many pokemon that dont say their names or at very least a sound that is easily distinguished from the other pokemon.

Duh, this is pokemon, so pretty much anything goes, u ever seen a mouse that can shock you with electricity or a block or magnet with an eye floating around? it'll be plain boring if the thing keeps its mouth shut all the time and pretty much all the pokes can only just say their names except for a few like meowth, slowking and lugia in movie
