How come everyone is freakin crazy?

Ok so i'm 13 and it seems like every other girl my age (at least at my school) is so friggin crazy, loud, wild, like it seems like every girl has a bad case of ADHD. Like, at my school, you can't ever have a decent convo anymore. Whenever you talk to someone, you have to be all crazy and loud and obnoxious and i'm so sick of all these girls acting like 4 year olds. For real, idk how other girls act in other schools, but here, it's all about 1.Being crazy and loud 2. Wearing Hollister and 3. Obsessing over Jo Bros. So my question is are your ppl's schools like that?

I'm 13 and I hate girls like that. Like they think they're all that and that everyone likes them. They act like they're on like crack or something. How can a person seriously be so energetic and loud all the time?

I think they act like that for attention. Just for attention. They want everyone to know who they are and they want everyone to like them.
