How could I finish school quicker?

Question

I am currently a junior in high school, and I'm positive that I want to become a neonatal nurse. I am participating in a program called the A program that will pay for my first 2 years of school if I go to a community college. After my general studies, would I get finished with school quicker if I:

a) stay at community college and become an RN, THEN, go to a university and take an RN-BSN program

or

b) after community college go to a university and get a BSN?

in cincinnati, there is a significant wait for some classes and programs for nursing, this should/could possibly influence your decision, perhaps.

If you are working you will put yourself under a lot of stress. If you can afford it get a four year degree and get the BSN. Go for it.
