How did Gregg Hoffman die?

I know he was the producer for Saw and Saw II, and he died of natural causes, but does anybody know how exactly he died? (cardiac arrest? respiratory arrest ect)

  1. Though many news articles reported that an autopsy was planned, I can't find any mention of the results of the autopsy.
